Mechanical BIM Modeler

ODE Consultants is currently hiring for the position of Mechanical BIM Modeler at their Noida office. The company is looking for candidates with experience in Mechanical/HVAC BIM modeling and strong knowledge of software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Applicants should have a good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping coordination, and BIM workflows used in construction and engineering projects.

The role mainly involves creating and managing mechanical BIM models, coordinating with architectural and structural teams, performing clash detection, and preparing detailed construction drawings and documentation. Candidates with 2–8 years of experience in MEP/BIM projects and a Mechanical Engineering background are preferred for this opportunity.

The position is full-time and work-from-office based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualification Required for Mechanical BIM Modeler

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Certification in BIM/Revit MEP is an added advantage
  • 2–5 years of experience in Mechanical or MEP BIM projects (may vary by company)

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Revit MEP
  • Good understanding of AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection
  • HVAC modeling and coordination experience
  • Knowledge of ducting, piping, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to create and manage BIM models
  • Preparation of shop drawings and construction documentation
  • Understanding of BIM standards and workflows
  • Experience in clash coordination with architectural and structural teams
