Manish Kumar is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee) with over 24 years of cross functional experience in Design and Execution of Mechanical systems in Buildings Services.
Manish has worked in various reputable Indian organizations like Voltas, L&T, ABB and in international organizations like Hilson Moran and WSP. In his past capacity as Associate Director for the building services team for WSP in India, he had been pivotal in setting up and leading the BIM and building services design team for over 5 years. The team successfully worked for large offshore building services projects located in the UK.
Manish has extensive experience in Indian, US, BS, ASHRAE, CIBSE codes and hands-on experience with software like HAP, TRACE, Hevacomp, and IES. He has worked on the design of different applications like, Residential, Commercial, mixed-use complexes, Retail, Custodial and Pharmaceutical projects.
